From Rob Wincer Trevor Jones - where do I start - what can I say. Well first and foremost he came from a beautiful family. My thoughts and words wont do him justice. He was an outstanding individual and wonderful human being. His care and kindness was exemplary. His core values in life never waived and he never courted self adulation - when he actually could have because; He was an excellent footballer, a good cricketer, a competent tennis player, a talented swimmer, a fabulous dart player. He wasn't the best punter in the World nor the best singer. Once on holiday in Humberston near Cleethorpes, in 1967, we sneaked under the fence and into Beacholme holiday camp. We had the cheek to then enter the Talent Contest. Trevor sang, "Hole in my Shoe" and I sang "Glad all over" ! We came joint last. We laughed all the way back to our caravan. But above all else he was a wonderful friend who I was so proud of him and all he did. RIP - mate. I miss you ! Rob.
